Fabulous hotel, with great transport links. Hotrl Hor is beautifully presented with delightful public area. There is with fabulous quirky art throughout the hotel. The public areas and rooms are finished to a high standard with excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied. The staff at Hotel Hor are very, friendly, helpful and professional. It was a delight to stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel.

What a very good welcoming we got on Saturday 18 Nov morning! The very friendly and enthusiastic receptionist (sorry, we did not pick up the name!) checked in us earlier as well as gave us all useful info. Even when we checked out, the other receptionist, Roque, looked after us later in the evening. Huge thank you to all the staff! Also, big bonus is that hotel provides unlimited tea and coffee in the hall for 24 hours. Although the hotel is in the centre of the city and very close to the railway station, (3-5 min walking), we could not hear any city noises. Our room was sparkling clean and everything has been provided. Some small details, e.g. a kettle with selection of tea, sweets, extra beautiful pillows, gave our room homely feeling. The breakfast was very good. I want to add, that during my booking, I realised, that the price for this hotel was cheaper than many 3 star hotels in the same area. We are very pleased that we stayed there and hope to stay there next time.

I have just returned from my 3rd stay at the hotel and I felt I should leave a review. The rooms are basic but great for that quick getaway, beds comfortable and bathrooms clean with a great shower. The reception staff were all exceedingly helpful and I would highly recommend staying there. 4* for the location because the area is not the best area but it is ideally located for Eurostar arrival and departure and there are plenty of shops / restaurants locally

We arrived on a cold, damp November day but reception was warm in more ways than one. Roque made check-in a breeze, spoke perfect English (helpful for my dreadful schoolboy French) and made us feel welcome. The room was fine, spotlessly clean, all the expected facilities and a brilliant shower with plenty hot water. Although the Hotel is on a busy street the double glazing kept things quiet and the comfortable bed made for a good nights sleep. We took advantage of the 1200hrs check out so didn't manage breakfast, Roque helped us store our baggage, free of charge, while we did a bit sight seeing and collected it fuss free in time for Eurostar home. All in all a great stay and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Gard Du Nord area.
